Elevit [salty tanker] arrived at the Dow Chemical dock in Essexville. It has been seven years since a salty has actually entered the Saginaw River. Four years ago, the OXL Lotus transferred her cargo to the Gregory J Busch, do to the fact she could not enter the river because of her draft.
